Our bodies are in constant flux between balance and imbalance. Chakras can impact your overall well-being. When your chakras are open and balanced, you feel healthy and energized. If they are blocked or imbalanced you may be aware of chronic pain, anxiety, depression or low energy. In this course you will learn the ten main chakras and their meanings; how to feel chakra energy; how to identify chakra blockages and any connected symptoms; how to balance and support the chakras using various energetic healing methods; and, how to develop a daily practice to maintain healthy and balanced chakras.
