Through guided meditation, intuitive thought practices, reflective prompts, and conscious awareness, you will explore your past and present to better understand your why, and begin setting a clear, aligned path for the future. This is a workshop to deepen self-reflection and connect with your inner voice. Each week you will explore your personal stories – moments, memories, turning points and truths – and begin shaping them into expressive, authentic narratives. You will learn how to dig deep, move beyond surface memories, and find the words that truly reflect your lived experiences.
