The Self: A Personal Exploration

We live in a chaotic world with many distractions and little time to reflect and think for ourselves. If we focus on our inner self, we can explore what is truly important to us and then our relationships become more meaningful. Through mindfulness, meditation, Reiki and journaling, we will go on a personal exploration of the self.

THIS CLASS IS BEING OFFERED AT GREAT NECK COMMUNITY EDUCATION. IT IS OPEN TO ALL.
