Three Sessions Level 2: The Power of the Personal Story

You have begun your journey. In this next phase, you will bring your stories to life. In this Level 2 workshop you will move from reflection into creation, giving your inner voice form through writing. You will begin translating your moments, memories, turning points, and truths into expressive narratives. Continuing with guided meditation, prompts and dedicated writing time, you will shape meaningful experiences with clarity and intention. Attention will be given to flow, structure, and emotional resonance. This is a supportive and encouraging space. You will receive personal feedback, gentle guidance, and opportunities to share, helping you refine and strengthen your work. By the end of this phase, you will have a fully developed personal story and create a strong foundation for your ongoing “book of self”—a collection of stories that reflect your lived experience, your voice, and your evolving path forward.
